01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the echo33 platform, including visitors, registered members, and players. Your continued use of echo33 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

echo33 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, echo33 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with echo33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the echo33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and in alignment with PAGCOR regulations, the minimum age for participation in casino-style gaming is 21 years. echo33 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of echo33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the echo33 platform or any affiliated gaming platform.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of echo33, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your echo33 account.
• Notify echo33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

echo33 permits only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. echo33 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.

echo33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

echo33 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your echo33 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method.
• echo33 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. echo33 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the echo33 account holder.
• echo33 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.
• echo33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

echo33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your echo33 account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are not redeemable for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account.
• echo33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• echo33 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player has engaged in bonus abuse.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the echo33 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to their respective game rules.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the echo33 system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, echo33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.
• echo33 does not guarantee any specific return-to-player (RTP) outcome for any individual player or session. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, collusion, or other means will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the echo33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating more than one echo33 account.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing echo33 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with echo33's software or systems.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

08 Responsible Gaming

echo33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the echo33 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the property of echo33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the echo33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the echo33 platform without prior written consent from echo33.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, echo33 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees , agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the echo33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the platform.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes that are attributable to third-party game providers.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

echo33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your echo33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

echo33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the echo33 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

echo33 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and echo33 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

echo33 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

12 Amendments

echo33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon posting to the echo33 platform. Where changes are material, echo33 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the echo33 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting echo33 support.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

echo33 operates in alignment with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the echo33 platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.
